Platform Partners’ investment strategy places an emphasis on preserving investor capital, providing regular distributions, and balancing returns while remaining agile as markets evolve.

Platform Partners focuses on asset classes that have a history of generating attractive returns but are relatively small in size making them nonscalable for institutions and larger investment managers.

Our real estate platform is focused on value-add and opportunistic investments in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate assets in both existing properties and new developments. We tend to invest in assets that leverage the operating platform’s in-house team of professionals who have expertise in a broad set of disciplines within the real estate and construction industries.

Our operating platform focuses on placing controlling equity investments in companies that can add scale to our existing operating companies, resulting in efficiencies that are catalysts for substantial revenue and enterprise value growth. The companies we currently focus on are innovative professional services companies within the real estate, construction, and design industries.
